Quest Martial Arts Student Resources

rules

  1. No unnecessary talking during class.
  2. The words “I can’t” are forbidden in the dojang!
  3. You are responsible for your partner’s safety.  Always practice using good control.
  4. Be supportive of your fellow students both in and outside of the dojang.  Put-downs and discouraging comments are not permitted.
  5. You may not teach other students without an instructor’s permission.
  6. Personal cleanliness and a clean dobok are required.  Be sure to wash your feet before coming to class.
  7. Respect is an important part of martial arts.  Always use “Yes Sir!” or “No Sir!” (or “Ma’am”) when appropriate.
  8. Jewelry is not allowed to be worn during class, except wedding bands.
  9. No food or drinks are allowed to be brought into the dojang,  Chewing gum is also prohibited.
  10. If you are sick and/or contagious, please show consideration for other students and do NOT come to class!
